    Returning Equipment Or Parts & RMA’s

    You must contact the Phase Technologies Service Department before returning any equipment. It is REQUIRED to have an authorized RMA number AND Service Ticket number prior to shipment.

    (Have your Serial/Invoice/Sales Order/Purchase Order number available for the fastest service. See below on how to find the product serial number.)

     

    Important Note:

    All equipment returns are required to have an authorized RMA number & a Phase Technologies service ticket number. 
    Any equipment or part returned without the above are subject to shipping rejection and will be returned at the owner's expense.
