You must contact the Phase Technologies Service Department before returning any equipment. It is REQUIRED to have an authorized RMA number AND Service Ticket number prior to shipment.

All equipment returns are required to have an authorized RMA number & a Phase Technologies service ticket number.
Any equipment or part returned without the above are subject to shipping rejection and will be returned at the owner's expense.
